Payments with SQKY

We’ve kept our process simple and flexible. Here’s everything you need to know about how payments work with SQKY – from the moment you book to the moment your car leaves looking SQKY clean.

When Payment Is Due

Payment with SQKY works in two stages – a deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is due on completion of your service.

Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This is taken prior to your service date and is applied toward your total balance. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. For more details on how deposits work, see our Deposit Policy.

Balance On Completion

The remaining balance is due on the day your service is completed, before we leave your location. We may offer or require upfront payment if you can not be home to settle payment with us before departure.


Overdue Payments

In the event that payment is not received on completion, we’ll follow up with you directly. We understand that things don’t always go to plan, and we’ll always try to reach a resolution prior to escalation.

Payment Reminders

Where a balance remains outstanding, SQKY will issue reminders over a 14-day period following service completion. We’ll be in touch via your nominated contact methods – Please don’t ignore these, as early communication makes it easier to find a resolution and will prevent escalation.

Collections

If an outstanding balance remains unresolved after 14 days without contact or payment agreement, SQKY reserves the right to refer the matter to our collections service. We genuinely want to avoid this – if you’re in a difficult position, please reach out within this period.

Payment Extensions & Plans

SQKY may at its discretion offer a payment plan or short-term extension in circumstances where a client is experiencing genuine difficulty. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not available by default. If you anticipate needing flexibility, please speak to us prior to your service day – not after.


Refunds

SQKY does not offer refunds – However we take the quality of our work very seriously. In circumstances where a legitimate concern is raised, we’re open to working toward a fair resolution.

Our SQKY Assured Service Policy is our total commitment to providing the very best experience for our clients – Covered by every customer, every vehicle, and every service. Included is information related to the safeguards and procedures we have in place to protect our customers, and their vehicles.

Our Make Good Policy

If you have a concern about the quality of your service, we’d encourage you to first submit a Make Good Request. In most cases, a return visit resolves the issue more effectively than a refund – and it’s our preferred first step.
