About Our Services

Our detailing packages range from maintenance cleans to full paint correction and ceramic protection. Every package includes a personalised pre-wash, two-bucket method hand wash, microfibre towel drying, and interior vacuum.
Depending on the package, we may also include clay bar decontamination, machine polishing, ceramic spray or coating, leather cleaning and conditioning, wheel barrel cleaning, and hydrophobic protection.

Yes! We are fully mobile and service prestige vehicle owners across Melbourne’s most exclusive suburbs – including Toorak, East Melbourne, Brighton, Canterbury, Balwyn, Middle Park, and Hawthorn.

We do! We are primarily based on Melbourne’s Southeastern Suburbs, but provide premium detailing services across the broader Melbourne region.

Bookings & Maintenance

Bronze Package: 1 - 1.5 Hours
Silver Package: 2 - 2.5 Hours
Gold Package: 2.5 - 3 Hours
Ceramic Shield+ 4-5 Hours
Extra time may be needed for heavy pet hair removal or paint correction.

We recommend a professional detail every 4-6 weeks for regularly driven vehicles. For prestige and performance vehicles, monthly detailing keeps the paint, interior and wheels in showroom condition.
Many clients choose a Club SQKY Membership for discounted monthly prices. -
We recommend removing personal items for the interior and boot, to allow us to clean every surface thoroughly. If your car has a known issue (e.g. Loose trim, sensitive electronics), let us know before your appointment.
We require a signed service agreement before getting started on your vehicle.
Logistics & Convenience

For most mobile services, we require access to:
Power Outlet – Within 20 metres of where the vehicle will be detailed.
Tap Fixture – for water supply.
If power or water access is not available, please advise us during the booking process so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. SQKY carries full public liability and vehicle care insurance, ensuring peace of mind while your car is in our care.

Yes, our Concierge Service allows us to collect your vehicle, perform the detail off-site, and return it to you at a convenient time.

Specialised Treatments

A regular car wash focuses on speed and surface cleaning. Professional detailing is a deep-cleaning and preservation process using premium tools, safe washing methods (like the two-bucket method technique), and protective treatments such as ceramic sprays or coatings.
Detailing not only makes your car look better, but also protects its value over time. -
Yes, depending on the depth of the scratches. Light to moderate scratches can often be removed with machine polishing. Deeper scratches may be reduced significantly but may not disappear completely without repainting.
Our Gold Package and higher tiers include light or deep machine polishing. -
Absolutely. Pet hair removal is one of our specialities, and we use a combination of static-charged gloves, pet hair brushes, and precision vacuum attachments to reach deep into seats, carpets, and crevices – perfect for heavily used cabins.
Please note a ‘Pet Hair Fee’ may apply – contact us for a quote. -
Yes. We offer Ceramic Spray Protection in our Gold Package, and full ceramic coatings for long-term protection as part of our Ceramic Shield+ service.
Ceramic coatings provide a highly durable, hydrophobic barrier that helps resist water spots, UV damage, and environmental contaminants for up to several years.
