Our Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking with SQKY. It’s how we plan our schedule, allocate time, and prepare the right materials for your specific vehicle and service – before we arrive.
Why We Request Deposits
Every booking with SQKY is prepared for in advance. Depending on the service, that preparation includes sourcing specific products, setting aside a dedicated time slot, and in some cases declining other bookings to ensure we can give your vehicle the attention is deserves.
A deposit reflects our commitment to your scheduled service.
Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service or package booked. The amount applicable to your booking is confirmed at the time of scheduling. Your deposit is automatically applied towards the cost of your service.
Before You Book
🗓️ Rescheduling – Life happens, we get that. If you need to move your booking, your deposit moves with it. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Reach out directly and we’ll lock in a new date for you.
❌ Cancellations – If you choose to cancel your booking entirely, your deposit is non-refundable. By the time your cancellation reaches us, materials may have been sourced or allocated, and your time slot has been held – often at the cost of other bookings. We appreciate your understanding.
⌛️ Same-Day Cancellation – Where we are notified the morning of your scheduled service or after we are already on-route – your deposit is forfeited and in some cases a same day cancellation fee may apply. We’ll always communicate clearly if it’s relevant to your booking – Just ask us.
🙏 If SQKY Needs to Reschedule – In the rare event that we need to reschedule your booking, your deposit is fully protected and transfers to your new date automatically. We’ll give you as much notice as possible and work around your availability to find a time that suits.
✋ Partial Completion – If a job is cut short on the day – whether due to unexpected vehicle condition, access constraints, adverse weather or other circumstances – We’ll discuss options with you for future scheduling, and may charge a balance for partially completed works. These circumstances are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we'll always aim to find a fair middle ground for everyone.
How to Secure Your Booking
Booking with SQKY is straightforward. Once your service is scheduled, you’ll receive a deposit request with instructions to pay online.
1. Request a Quote or Booking
Submit an enquiry through our website or contact us directly. We’ll confirm your service, date, and the deposit amount applicable to your booking.
2. Pay Your Deposit
Once confirmed, your deposit secures your time slot and kicks off our preparation for your vehicle including acquiring the necessary products or equipment required for your booking.
3. We Take Care of the Rest
Your deposit is deducted from the final balance on the day of completion. Nothing else to think about until we arrive.
