The SQKY Standard

Every job that leaves our hands has been inspected before we sign off on it. That’s not just our policy – It’s the standard we hold ourselves to for every vehicle, every client, every time.

If you notice something after we’ve completed a service that you believe falls short of the scope of what was booked, we ask that you reach out to us to arrange a return visit.

We’ll arrange a return visit at no cost, inspect the vehicle with you, and address and legitimate concerns on the spot.

What’s Covered

✅ Missed areas of spots such as windows, wheels, paint panels, polish residue or anything else within the scope of the booked service that was not completed to standard.

✅ Product or coating concerns where a defect or application issue is directly attributable to our work.

1. Submit Your Request

Use the form below to tell us what happened. A photo or two is helpful but isn’t required – a clear description is enough to get the process started.

2. We’ll Be In Touch

We’ll review your request and reach out promptly to arrange a visit at a time that works for you.

3. On-Site Inspection & Rectification

We’ll attend, inspect the vehicle in person, and address any areas that fall within the scope of your original service. Our assessment of the work is final – and our goal is simply to make sure you’re left with a result you love.


Limitations of Coverage

If the request is outside of the scope of your original booking, a callout fee to your location may be applicable, or we may suggest an alternative day and time for further works to be completed at additional cost.

Not Covered

❌ New Damage, Marks & Contamination that occurred after our service was completed – including contact damage, stone chips or scratches.

❌ Environmental Contamination following a service, such as bird droppings, tree sap, industrial fallout, dirt & dust or road grime.

❌ Concerns raised more than 7 days following our service.

❌ Requests outside of the scope of your original booking, service or package.
