Does SQKY service apartments and buildings?
Yes. We regularly work within apartment buildings, including Como Terraces, Lilli Apartments and Nine Darling, coordinating directly with building management ahead of your appointment. We recommend checking for power and water connection, and getting approval before appointments.
How does Concierge Care work?
Concierge Care is SQKY's maintenance program, running on a fortnightly or monthly standing arrangement. We run on a reservation basis rather than ad-hoc, meaning your slot is uniquely yours, and there's no need to re-book, chase availability, or remember to schedule your next visit — your next appointment happens automatically on a cycle of your choosing, every time.
What does SQKY cost?
Pricing depends on your vehicle, service, and whether you're booking a one-off detail or joining Concierge Care.
How is SQKY different to a car wash?
The $45 hand wash is rarely the value it appears to be — using abrasive brushes and harsh chemicals that cause fine swirl marks and marring over time, damage that affects your paint's condition and resale value. SQKY uses hand-application techniques and pH-neutral products designed to protect your paintwork, not wear it down.
Do I need to be home for my appointment?
No. Lockboxes are available to Concierge Care members, while access can be arranged directly with building management or your concierge. SQKY also offers a Valet pickup and drop-off service — fully insured for vehicles in our care, so your vehicle is always protected.
Is SQKY insured while working on my vehicle?
Yes. Every booking is covered under our Assured Service Policy, extending insurance protection to your vehicle whether it's detailed on-site or collected via our Valet service.
