Mobile Service Requirements
To deliver consistent, showroom-level results to your location or home, we’ll need a few simple access requirements in place before we begin.
⚠️ On-Site Access Requirements
🔌 Power Access (within 20m)
A standard power outlet within 20 metres of the vehicle allows us to use professional equipment safely and efficiently.
💧 Water Access (within 20m)
A tap connection within 20 metres is required for safe wash processes, rinsing, and controlled water use during the service.
☂️ Shade is Strongly Preferred
Where possible, we recommend a shaded area such as a garage or carport. Shade helps reduce water spotting, improves product performance, and supports a higher-quality finish.
🏢 Apartment Buildings / Basement Parking
Basement and shared-parking environments must allow:
A space out of the main flow of traffic.
Safe working clearance around the vehicle. In many cases, approval may be required from an on-site manager, concierge, or body corporate. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking in advance to prevent access issues on the day.
🗓️ Before Your Appointment
To ensure we can start on time and focus on what matters most, please prepare for your appointment.
🙏 Remove Personal Belongings & Valuables
Please clear loose items from the cabin, boot, door pockets, and centre console. This prevents delays and avoid any risk to high-value items.

If there are any areas you want us to focus on (that weren’t covered in the original consultation), let us know before so we can plan the service accordingly.
⏳ Scheduling Restraints
If you’ll need the vehicle by a certain time (school pickup, appointments, etc.), tell us at the start of the job so we can set expectations and sequence the work efficiently.
✍️ Sign Your Service Authorisation Agreement
This authorises us to carry out the agreed work on your vehicle, supports our insurance requirements, and outlines payment terms for settlement upon completion. We’ve made it easier than ever, with the ability to electronically sign our copy straight from your email inbox.

🌩️ Weather Considerations
If extreme weather is expected (heat waves or storms), we may recommend rescheduling or shifting the vehicle into a covered area to protect its finish and ensure safe working conditions.
