I’m the founder and business owner, overseeing daily operations and often out in the field detailing vehicles, meeting with clients, and personally responding to enquiries.
SQKY’s culture is one of pride, precision and a healthy dose of obsession – and I ensure that our team delivers to the high standard of work we’re known and loved for by discerning Melbourne drivers.
Where It All Started
SQKY was founded on a simple idea: the details matter.
For me cars have always been more than just transport or a way to get from A to B – Rather, they’re a reflection of personality, taste and almost always a marker of a milestone in an individuals life.
With a background in real estate and luxury hospitality, my time there cemented the importance of presentation and highlighted how small, deliberate touches can completely transform the way something is seen and valued.
That principle now shapes SQKY’s approach to every job. From the first client interaction, to the final polish, the focus is on delivering work and an experience that is as meticulous as it is memorable – ensuring every vehicle leaves with a finish that speaks for itself.
SQKY was born out of frustration – and ambition.
Blake saw a gap in the market for a detailing service that combined genuine passion for cars, premium results and professional reliability. Too often, detailers were enthusiasts with no business structure, or businesspeople with no real love for the craft. SQKY set out to be both.
What began as a one-man mobile operation in Melbourne has evolved into a trusted choice for loyal enthusiasts, high-end vehicle owners, and professionals who expect more from their detailer – and get it.

Still personally involved in on-site work, as SQKY grows, Blake is focused on building a small, tight-knit team that shares his standard. Every client interaction, every job, and every result still runs through Blake. He leads with high standards, and train others to match them.
