John’s Ferrari 296 GTS

BMW Car Club of Victoria Members’ Night at BMW South Yarra
One of our standout moments this month came at the BMW Car Club of Victoria Member's Night at BMW South Yarra, where we had the chance to get up close and personal with the brand-new M5 Touring and connect with some of Melbourne's most passionate Bavarian motoring enthusiasts.
The South Yarra dealer isn't a newcomer to acclaim – most recently earning BMW's 2024 Major Metropolitan Dealer of the Year award, a recognition reserved for top-tier performance in sales, service, and client care. When you pair that pedigree with the M3 CS Touring – one of only 55 destined for Australia, combining race-bred engineering with the drama of a performance wagon – You start to see how exclusivity becomes expectation.
Rumour has it, the CS Wagon currently in their showroom (one of just a handful in the country) is already turning heads. For SQKY, it's exactly the kind of moment we live for – where the devotion to clean meets the desire for legacy.
Stay Driven Cars & Coffee in Springvale
Early mornings, espresso shots, and exhaust notes – the kind of combination only Melbourne's car scene could perfect. The Stay Driven Cars & Coffee meet in Springvale brought together a crowd that truly lives and breathes automotive culture. From M cars and GT-Rs, the car park filled fast, and so did the conversations.
SQKY was there for all of it – connecting with enthusiasts, swapping stories, and admiring some seriously clean builds (a few we just might see in the calendar soon enough).
The celebration of the community keeps the scene alive, and it's events like these that remind us why we do what we do. Behind every flawless finish is a shared passion for the details – the paintwork, the polish, the pride.

Lenny the Golden Retriever
Every now and again, a job comes along that reminds you why you love what you do – this month, it was Lenny. A golden retriever with more personality than most sports cars, and a natural talent for stealing the show. Between paw prints and the puppy eyes, it turned an ordinary day on the driveway into something special.
Avoca Country Detail
We took a little trip to Avoca for a full detail surrounded by windmills, flower fields and wipe open skies.
Spotted On The Move
Melbourne never disappoints. This perfectly kept Porsche 911 Carrera (993) caught our eye at the lights – understated, timeless, and effortlessly cool. The 993 generation marked the end of the air-cooled era, and it shows: compact proportions, iconic curves, and that unmistakable rear light bar.
You don't see many this clean on the roads anymore, and when you do, it's the kind of sight that makes you slow down just to appreciate it.
